Question 01 : MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) 

Answer 01: 1 pcs (some special products may be 100 pcs, which will be quoted separately.)

Question 03: Payment term options

Answer 03: Paypal, T/T or Western Union. (Extra 5% to the total cost will be charged for Paypal term.)


Question 04: Delivery time

Answer 04: 3 working days after payment arrival for sample(s) order. Order over 100 pcs negotiable, 1~3 weeks. 


Question 05: Order Procedure

Answer 05: You tell us which model and quantity that you are interested in. ------>>We calculate the total cost (including the cost of products and postage) and make a formal proforma invoice for your payment reference ------>> You make the payment. -------->> We send the products within 3 working days after the arrival of your payment. -------->> You get the products from the shipping agent.


Question 06: Sample policy

Answer 06: We return the payment of first charged sample when the order reaches over 100 pcs in total in future.


Question 07: After-sales service  

Answer 07: All our products share one year warranty. Within one year warranty period, if the product is not working or work with problems, we can provide you solutions by email or SKYPE online instruction. But firstly our products are with very low defective rate. Our products are very easy to operate and most problems can be well solved by our technical support. If all the technical support cannot solve the problems, then we accept the return of defective products. We do the repair or replacement service after our technical checking and confirmation. We share the postage by 1:1. You need to pay for the postage from your place to our company while we for vice versa. If the problem is caused by customers' own behaviour, we can do the repair service for free. However, clients need to pay for the replaced parts.
